Article I — Community Support

All purchases, donations, subscriptions, and financial contributions made to Midnight Shores RP are voluntary contributions intended solely to support server operations, maintenance, development, and community growth.

In recognition of such contributions, supporters may receive access to virtual goods, in-game perks, ranks, vehicles, or other digital benefits. These benefits are granted at the discretion of Midnight Shores RP administration and remain subject to all server rules, policies, balancing decisions, and administrative actions.

Article II — Finality of Transactions

All transactions conducted through Midnight Shores RP and associated payment platforms are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE unless otherwise required by Tebex or applicable law.

Digital products and perks are typically delivered automatically within several minutes of successful payment processing. In the event of technical issues or delayed delivery, users must seek assistance through the official Midnight Shores RP Discord support system.

Fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized claims may result in the permanent suspension or termination of access to Midnight Shores RP and associated services.

Article III — Ownership of Virtual Content

All virtual items, ranks, assets, perks, currencies, vehicles, properties, and digital content associated with Midnight Shores RP remain the sole property of Midnight Shores RP.

The administration reserves the right to modify, rebalance, suspend, revoke, or remove any digital content, benefit, or feature at any time without prior notice when deemed necessary for operational, balancing, security, or disciplinary purposes.

No purchase grants ownership, partnership, equity, or legal claim to Midnight Shores RP or its assets.

Article IV — Acceptance of Terms

By participating in Midnight Shores RP, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all server rules, policies, and Terms of Service established by Midnight Shores RP administration.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in warnings, suspension, termination of access, or permanent removal from the community.
